Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
SJ Solutions & Infotech, which is well known for designing, developing, and other IT services, established in 2019 has come a long way in all aspects. Our company has a team of professionals working with us providing valuable services to clients all over the globe. We started with providing web designing services and slowly-slowly, we grew, made a team, and are now dealing in web design and development, Mobile application development, Software development, Domain and Hosting, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, and much more.
My role in this company is to see if everything is going on smoothly or not. I, as a founder of this organization, lay much emphasis on providing quality services to everyone. Though we all work as a team, I do check every task assigned to team members whenever they are completed with it to be sure about it and not compromise on our quality.
What is the story behind starting this company?
In this modernized world, everything is getting digital. People are implementing innovative ideas to their businesses and are enjoying great success in it. Thus, keeping such advancements in mind, we thought to step into it and be amongst those making such innovations. In the coming future, such changes would take place at a large level and have a great scope. So, why not start today and turn our business into a large and successful organization.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We never outsource our work as we have in-house one of the finest and talented people. We never knew what type of person would be whom the work is outsourced, will he/she do it himself/herself or would further outsource it, and what the final output would be, which is why, neither we thought of doing outsourcing, nor we would think of doing it. In the current scenario, we have sufficient teammates to handle work, and if in the coming future, we enjoy more clients, we would definitely think of expanding our team and joining hands with more talented ones.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
No business in this world can run for long without earning profits. We do love money, as everyone does, but our priority is customer satisfaction. Many service providers aim to fetch more and more from their customers but our goals are completely different. We love to hear back from customers and always work accordingly until they are satisfied with the service. Money earned after hearing positive reviews from clients hits different. That's why we still have many clients who are in contact with us since we started this company i.e 2019 and we won't let them go.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
The industries which we generally cater to are the IT industry, education industry, and food industry. Some ask for web designing and development while the others avail application development as well as digital marketing with it too.
Yes, our company is customer repetitive and we love to do that. We share a very strong bond with some of our clients due to our long relationship with them.
The customer repetition ratio according to us is approximately 8 out of every 10 clients.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We provide many services to our clients and thankfully, we do have many repeat customers. But the service for which clients appear to us the most is WEBSITE DESIGNING AND DEVELOPMENT. We have made many websites for clients in India and all over the globe and always had positive feedback from them. Our team has expertise in every service which we provide and they keep them updated with the latest digital market trends and demands.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
By God's grace, till now, we have had many positive reviews from our clients. According to me, our customer satisfaction rate is top-notch. If sometimes our client is not happy with our service, for example, if he/she is not satisfied with the web design, we would take all the necessary steps and make changes accordingly. We won't stop working until our valuable customer is well pleased. We aim to make the ratings stronger and would leave no stone unturned for it.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a strong customer support system base to resolve all their queries and issues. Our clients can get one-to-one touch with us on phone calls, video conferencing, zoom meetings, Skype calls, etc. We schedule an appointment according to the customer's availability and solve all the problems and queries of our client.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.) Cost, pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
The structure of payment which we usually follow is based on pay per feature, as well as monthly pay-outs. We have some parties for whom we provide services every month and get paid, while the other clients are charged per feature.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Every day, we get in contact with clients who have different needs and budgets. Though we did not have any minimum budget requirement, we do check if the project with a low budget would be worthy to do as it would not be feasible to complete tasks that require more time and are less profitable, but this doesn't mean we do not accept low budget projects.
We have done projects which fetched as low as ₹1,000/- during our start-up phase, and we would still do to cover up all our customer base.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
In the 2020 lockdown, the offline market condition was not much good but the digital market was doing somewhat fine. We have done many web designing and development in that year and have met many new clients all across the globe. The lowest project which I and my team did awarded us ₹12,000/- while the most earning project assigned to us was ₹1,50,000/- and was a very long and time-consuming, yet most income-earning project.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
The future is of technology and innovation. The digital market seems to overweigh the currently existing market in the coming years. All the working operations will be done digitally and our economy, as well as the global economy, would end up with most of the paper usage.
We have the ambition to become a large IT services organization. In the coming years, we see our company to be known as a brand among people. If customers are provided with better services, they would never shift onto other service providers. We look forward to having 1000X clients more than what we have now and employing a total of at least 70-80 professionals, all working under one roof.
Therefore, we will leave no stone unturned in providing cost-worthy services to clients globally.
