I use Smarter.Codes for everything.
Review Summary
I have been working with Smarter.Codes for more than 2 years, and during that time I have only increased their involvement with my projects. Personally, I haven't needed any bots, but I run a company that strictly works with digital products and high-urgency analysis for investors (I have almost two decades experience in tech). I use Smarter.Codes for all of our internal development and R&D projects, and they have been fantastic to work with.
My projects have included blockchain, encryption, AI and heavy computation, big data, scalability, user interfaces, etc. Our work styles have ranged from super-agile improvisation to careful and well-planned, depending on the project. I am even filing a patent based on their work. They have tackled it all.
Like any team, we have to communicate and plan our work together, and there has been some management required from me, but it is nothing compared to the effort required for me to recruit and manage such a team by myself. In general, Smarter.Codes is self-directed and they are able to work without a lot of intervention. I probably saved a year of time and the results have been good.
And remember we're talking about very challenging projects here. For normal web development, apps, and the like, you probably can't do better than the value Smarter.Codes offers.
If you have any ideas about "developers from India" forget about it. Smarter.Codes is a professional, serious, educated, motivated, and talented group of developers. Clean code. Smart input. Good results.

Hard to say, actually. They are very ambitious, and occasionally that bites them in the ass, but I could say that about myself too. ;)
