I am a digital marketing expert having more than 5 years of hands-on experience, I helped many businesses and individuals around the globe to skyrocket their sales.

What is the story behind starting this company?
We started Softcrust 3 years ago with a primary goal of businesses' online growth and awareness of changing trends when I notice that most business owners assume spending on digital marketing as a waste not as an investment. Over time, my growing team and I put our results-based marketing tactics into action for more and more fellows.

Fast forward to today, and… Our Clients just announced SoftCrust as their only partner in growth.

Payment structure depends on the client's project if it’s a short-term project we charge per project if it's a long-term project then we charge per month.
We charge a 2 milestone 50% in advance and 50% at the end of the month/project.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we take projects that meet our minimum budget requirement and that is your minimum marketing budget per month must be $150.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
2020 was critical for some businesses due to Covid-19 but we did a great business as compared to our competitors. Where we cater a small project in 2020 was a $1000 project and our big project was a half-million-dollar project and of course, there were a number of the same projects we did.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In 10 years, I predict that my company will have spun off at least six successful subsidiary startups, which will all be run by someone other than myself. My core team members will love their new jobs in the family or will be at the point where things are good enough for them to consider early retirement.

Soft Crust and SociaLiaise Agency have been working together on NESSCONG Social Media Management project for over 6 months now. We have enjoyed collaborating with Soft Crust and getting the results that we envisioned. The project was to create a social media presence for NESSCO and we have successfully been able to increase their engagement, create contents, schedule content, come up with effective hashtags and reel strategies. It has been great collaborating on this project so far.

I came to softcrust through a Google search "Digital marketing agency". I had a need for an eCommerce site, I contact many agencies before soft crust but they give me a very high quote, and also I was not satisfied with their communication.

so in short when I sign with softcrust I found that these guys are very serious about their work, and they develop my store in just 2 weeks with all the functionalities then also I sign a marketing contract with them (that's still going on) and they start Facebook, Insta and Google ads for my store and believe me or not but they give me sales 500% more from my previous sales that I was creating on my own.

My project is an ecommerce shop, that sell kitchen products online, so that's why I have created a site from softcrust and also sign contract for digital marketing later on.

Softcrust created our website from scratch in WordPress. They first created a strategy and plan for our website. Also, they helped us in our eCommerce project which was ruined by a so-called software house they help us in product hunting, bulk uploading, keyword research for products, etc. Great value for money. The agencies we contacted in Qatar had a quote through the roof and always seemed not to care about our project. SoftCrust was ready to start ASAP and they delivered on time. They guided us along the process and helped with the content needed to finalize the website. Continue working with them on website maintenance.
