Excellent vendor with talented resources and delivery support

At Metabiota, we have partnered with Softvision as engineering and UI/UX resource vendor for software development. It has been overall a great journey so far. The resources can be fully managed by our in house engineering management. It is just like a remote engineering team, which adopts to our development process and architecture. The team has been able to grow self-organized with adequate level of mentorship and guidance from our engineering leadership. They have proven the ability of taking initiative to drive and deliver by meeting the expectation and timeline.
The engineers staffed from Softvision have good education and working experience. They have good communication skills, very professional and good work ethic.
Overall the turn over rate is still a bit higher than expected. Ramping up and ramping down does not experience huge overhead. The support from delivery manager and delivery director would be a key to success.
Softvision also provides KPI measurement and review. This process helps to consistently monitor and improve the performance.
