Solvd is a global technology consultancy and software engineering company with over 600 engineers located across eight countries in Latin America, North America, and Europe. Solvd services Fortune 500 clients across several high-growth industries, which include fintech, retail, media and entertainment, software, and health and wellness. Solvd is headquartered in Roseville, CA, and has seven development centers in Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico and a sales office in Hungary.
By now, Solvd has become a global reliable IT partner that is trusted to resolve different tasks, no matter their technical complexity, to exceed the expectations of our clients and create win-win values.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Once a local startup, it’s now a multi-million corporation with offices and R&D in 7 countries. Solvd, Inc. was founded by software engineers who grew into top managers. So they gradually transformed Solvd into a global company within which they developed ten years of IT business experience.
Solvd has now become an international company with more than 600 employees distributed worldwide. Thanks to the combined effort of our employees, global business has become more technological, functional, and accurate. Products and solutions created by Solvd win the trust of brands of different scales and industries – from Under Armor and Starbucks to Stanford Medical School and Nerdwallet. It has converted to 200+ million users from all over the world.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We center our engagement models toward the individual business scope and goals of each of our clients. So we offer fixed price, time and materials or a dedicated team mode for cooperation.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Solvd is for people and about people, so the management priority rests on two principles.
First, we strive to understand the business of each client as our own. We are continuously searching for how every client can do business better with Solvd. Building long-term partnerships with customers is a top priority of our management. We choose quality instead of quantity.
Besides, we engage in our proprietary educational initiative called Solvd.Laba. Our best tutors teach quality assurance, test automation, and JavaScript development in these courses. They share knowledge and train in skills applicable to real-life projects. 80% of students become Solvd’s employees after course graduation.

Solvd has built a core competency in Software QA and Test Automation Consulting. Our solutions have broadened to include Custom App Development, DevOps, AR / VR Development, Business Analysis, Project Management, and MVP Development, among other solutions, the provision of which we have initiated to meet our client’s growing needs.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
As for customer satisfaction, it merits mentioning why our clients value us:

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
For each of our clients, we provide highly experienced Client Success Managers. Those positions speak for themselves. They took care of all requests and needs of our clients, built robust communication channels, and set up work infrastructure for efficient work and easy onboarding. Our Client Success Managers adapt their working schedule to our client’s usual schedule and ensure we can cover all critical requests in a timely manner.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
For 95% of all projects, it’s a time and material basis engagement and monthly or bimonthly billing. The rest 5% is a fixed price billed in milestones.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The minimum project budget is $50k, but we carefully review the projects and prioritize those with a higher potential for growing our engagement.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
Min $10k. Max $10mln+.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
What we’ve learned from the last few years is not to make and rely on long-term plans too much. That being said, I clearly envision Solvd going forward as a powerful and growing player in the IT service market that provides end-to-end solutions for tens and tens of Fortune 500 companies. Given our ambitions to grow by at least 30% annually, we expect to onboard approximately 10,000 employees by around the year 2030.
Solvd’s delivery network will be well-balanced and diverse, with offices all over the world, including hybrid offices in the USA, LATAM, Asia, and Europe. We will define business domains to focus on, and as always, we’ll make our best effort to provide the highest quality solutions to our clients.

Bug Testing for Digital Marketing Agency Web App and a Website
