With a strong passion for technology, I had 10 years of experience as Business Unit Director of FPT Software, one of the top IT companies in the region before decided to start my own business, SotaTek. What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Our flexible engagement model allows us to bill our clients by milestones, phases, or months depending on specific projects. For e.g, for a Fixed-Price Contract, we choose milestone payments based on the mutual agreement. For ODC (Offshore Development Center) contract, it should be paid monthly on hired headcount.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Clients are always welcomed at SotaTek. We are flexible in terms of the minimum budget, which is around $10,000.
