Christi and Rob Nance have owned and operated Sparrow Healthcare Education and Sparrow Staffing Services. We are locally based in Spokane Valley and are committed to helping the medical staffing needs in the community. Sparrow is actively involved in the Spokane Chamber of Commerce and other local programs that are committed to the growth and development of the Spokane area.

Christi is a registered nurse and has been involved with the hospital, academic, management and business ownership. Christi has worked as a nurse for staffing agencies and understands the complex needs of the facilities and the agency staff. Sparrow Staffing Services is dedicated to providing a “new kind” of staffing agency that provides support to both the nurse and facility as new staff are onboarded.

Rob is co-owner and has been an excellent CPR, First-Aid instructor for Sparrow Healthcare Education. Rob serves in the community in his work and personal life. He is active with the local Chamber of Commerce.
