What was the idea behind starting this organization?

I have been a technology enthusiast from a tender age. The technology bug and my background in the field worked as a motivation for me to transform my vision into reality. Initially, I experienced that there were plenty of issues that companies were not addressing. Apart from failing to handle the problems, they were not delivering the applications on time. These were some points that encouraged me. I wanted to address the issue and provide clients with top-notch services related to app designing and development.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We have an in-house team of experienced developers, UI/UX experts, business analysts, quality analysts, and SEO experts who use their expertise to deliver quality solutions to our prospective clients.

How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?

Unlike most of the companies, we believe in understanding clients' requirements instead of expecting them to learn the technologies. With our in-house team of experienced professionals, we are overcoming clients' issues by replacing traditional methods of project management with new ones. We provide them with end-to-end solutions- from analysis and development to hosting. Besides, we take care of marketing and maintenance/support. Being a one-stop solution provider, we have come a long way assisting our clients with the right services and approaches.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repeated to you?

Currently, we are catering to e-commerce, real estate development and on-demand industries. We have a vast base of repetitive customers, and over 90% of them have partnered with us for the last many years. Also, we are recommended by these clients to their industry partners, friends, and colleagues for an extensive range of development solutions.

Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.

When it comes to developing a great mobile application, several factors decide the time frame to complete a project. They include Features and functionality, Resource Availability, Targeted OS and Devices, 3rd Party Integration, Complexity, and Features to add. Instead of committing blindly, we observe a project and identify its requirements. We discuss those with the client before agreeing on a time frame to develop the app.

How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?

It depends on the type of project and clients requirements. On average, it takes around 10 to 18 weeks to finalize an app depending on the factors and features a client wants in it.
We also create MVP if the client needs it. That can be a quicker way to get something out there.

What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?

From client requirements to budget, there are multiple things to consider when it comes to deciding the platform. For example- We talk to clients to understand what exactly they want from a mobile application. Apart from that, the target user base and features needed are also discussed during the initial stage to determine the right platform that could fulfill the client's needs and help develop a state of the art application.

Which platform do you suggest your clients, to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?

Every client will have different requirements and expectations from a mobile application project. From the beginning, we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and target audience.

Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?

Multiple factors help meet an application with clients' expectations. We, at Suffescom Solutions, believe native apps perform better on all kinds of modern-day devices. Other platforms are usable too. Which one of them should be chosen depends on the requirements and budget of clients.

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?

Similar to deciding the platform for a mobile application project, its cost also depends on multiple factors, including scope, features, complexity, and requirements of a client.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)

For mobile application development projects, we follow a fixed cost with payment milestone models. We understand client requirements before quoting a project price. The price may be negotiable and non-negotiable.

Do you take in projects which meet your essential budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

For mobile apps, we suggest a $10,000 minimum budget to get the right quality product. In the recent past, we have worked on projects ranging from $10,000 to $65,000. It depends on a project type, its requirements, and efforts that our team members need to make.

Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?

Today's mobile applications come with different kinds of revenue models. They include putting ads in-app purchases and others. They depend on what type of application a client has. For example- Enterprise Apps should not have these revenue models. Instead, they should work to become productive.
