Adam Arellano When do I get my prototype from last year? You charged me $1200, plus $997 was for promise of a prototype of my app. I was waiting on the prototype for over a month. Why did I not get it yet? Can you send me prototype? I see another charge and I never got any product. im trying to dispute again because you sent me a hodge-podge of videos as the "prototype". Ridiculous. Nothing to do with my idea. What kind of business is that? You made me sign a contract but never did the prototype in the first place. Now I will try to fight it with the bank again. Send me a prototype if you are charging me the money. This was the program I bought...$997 for a prototype. Scammed. I did not continue using your service because I never received the prototype as you promised. Send prototype or refund it. I left it alone for awhile but now I will fight it in full. You did not do the work promised. I will gladly post the video you sent me.Im sure you will make up some lame "she is lying" story like all the other people on BBB. Sad. You're a dishonest human being. WARNING FOR ALL:

Leslie Nollie-Hernandez contracted our company on August 11th, 2020 to enroll in our Mobile App Incubator Program.  Upon further discussion, the client was unable to afford our service fee of $2997. In order to assist the client, we came to terms with an installment plan to help make it affordable for them.  The client made one payment of $997.  After a considerable amount of time was spent on the designs of the app we received a chargeback on September 30th, 2020.  We did not challenge the chargeback and refunded the client her payment of $997.  However, the client insists that we owe her a completed prototype. To protect our completed work we recorded a short video showing the designs completed pending revisions.  For clarification - no this was not the prototype as the client states.  This was ONLY a video showing the work completed to date. We were not going to send design files to the client that were not paid for.  The client charged us back before any designs were approved to continue to build the prototype. The client, Leslie Erin Nollie-Hernandez fell on hard times and filed for Bankruptcy in her state of Hawaii on December 30th, 2020. Case Number 20-01510. The client unethically charged us back for the completed work in desperation.

Review Summary

Absolutely do not do business with Adam of Suite Twenty Four. It is a one man scam operation, claiming that he will put you in contact with investors and help you launch an app idea.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Extremely poor communication after he has taken your money, after which you can basically kiss good bye whatever you spent, you'll never see it back nor will you see anything even coming close to the promises made by these cons. Avoid completely.

After receiving Mr. Vega's review we had an opportunity to revisit his project. We find it surprising to have received this response nearly two years later from the time we started his project on December 7th, 2018. Please find our detailed response below: Claim #1: Absolutely do not do business with Adam of Suite Twenty Four. It is a one man scam operation, claiming that he will put you in contact with investors and help you launch an app idea. Reply: This claim is false. Our team is comprised of 26 team members. Mr. Vega happen to speak with Adam to initiate his project but was assigned a project manager, designer, and project engineer. Next, with the service Mr. Vega enrolled in we do not promise to provide any investors. The service the client purchased was to assist him to prepare his proof of concept to pitch to his own investors. At no time did we ever make the commitment to give him investors for his project with the Incubator he enrolled in. The client was provided all the resources necessary to find a potential investor for their project. However, being that it is now nearly two years later the client feels inclined to make us responsible for their lack of gaining any investor interest in their project. Mr. Vega received his project in full which included: design, wireframe, prototype, website, marketing strategy, revenue model, and pitch deck. As previously mentioned, the client enrolled in our program on December 7th, 2018 and was delivered their completed project on April 2nd, 2019. Claim #2: Extremely poor communication after he has taken your money, after which you can basically kiss good bye whatever you spent, you'll never see it back nor will you see anything even coming close to the promises made by these cons. Avoid completely. Reply #2: This claim is False. From the period of December 7th, 2018 to April 2nd, 2019 we had exchanged 163 emails with the client. These emails included multiple revision requests, project stage approvals, and consulting. You can view the communication records with the client by clicking the link below. Watch video here -> https://www.loom.com/share/86ee730d2f044cd3ac679f89d832f543 Next, the client had received everything that within our service offering which includes: designs files, wireframe, prototype, website, marketing strategy, revenue model, pitch deck, and consulting. The documents rest with the client. Below you will find the link to the client's prototype. It would not be possible to complete this deliverable if not a considerable amount of time was invested in the project. Completed prototype -> https://pr.to/VK8ASN/ You can also view the following video showcasing the client's completed project here -> https://www.loom.com/share/6ad5f4b9d9ee46028b445a7b4ce1a05e It is interesting that the client states in their words,"he has taken your money, after which you can basically kiss good bye whatever you spent, you'll never see it back nor will you see anything even coming close to the promises made by these cons" everything we agreed to deliver has been completed. Mr. Vega received everything that he paid for and more. It is unfortunate that the project never fully got off the ground even with the amount of work that was done to assist the client. In closing, we aim to help all our clients to achieve their goals of launching their app ideas. However, clients much accept the inherent risk associated with any new venture. We can do all we can but at the end of the day it comes down to taking personal responsibility.

Review Summary

Hired Adam and his “company” a few years ago to build a mobile app. After I payed him he pretty much disappeared. Months after our deadline I finally realized he never had the intention to build my app. Excuse after excuse. My attorney then told me he is not worth pursuing legal action against because he is know to file bankruptcy when someone goes after him for not delivering what people paid for. Hire a real app developer. Do not waste your time and money with this guy. Hire a real professional. Not a front who has no intention of preforming.

What service was provided as part of the project?

Mobile App Development

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Absolutely nothing to like. Very unethical

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They should actually deliver what they agree too. Ethics, integrity, honesty are all non existent. Adam is a horrible person to work with. Very unprofessional
