I am the CEO of Teamedia. We are an independent digital marketing agency specializing in paid acquisition and demand generation for SaaS and tech companies across the globe. We have solid skills in Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, Twitter, Reddit, and Capterra Ads, data analytics, and conversion rate optimization. What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have 25+ in-house specialists and offer a dedicated team solution. We usually assign a team of 3 professionals to a project: PPC Specialist, Project Manager, and Account Manager. They work with a customer directly and focus on the business goals. We ensure timely communication and send regular reports to keep our goals aligned.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
One of our corporate values is customer satisfaction. We pay lots of attention to the project communication to make sure that everyone is heard and aware of the plan and strategy. Our Account Managers conduct regular surveys among our customers to discover their concerts, identify areas for improvement, and take measures to enhance the service.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
I believe it’s timely and clear communication. Many clients admire our level of communication. They really feel our care and proactivity. It’s not only about business. It’s about being sincere, open, and engaged. In our daily activities, we use modern tools like Slack where we create a shared channel and answer any questions from our customers.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It mostly depends on the project, its complexity, and time sensitivity. Before providing the proposal, we estimate the project and assume the workload. We believe that any marketing strategy should be cost-efficient. We follow the best practices to ensure a long-term partnership.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We usually work with mid-sized and enterprise clients. We have strong expertise in scaling businesses, investing the budget wisely in order to keep metrics in control and not to sacrifice the performance. Before starting the project, we share with customers our recommendations on the budget in accordance with their goals to get the first results in the shortest time.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
We offer competitive service and prefer to focus on quality. We always look for comfortable agreement for both sides. We believe that only through dialogue you can create a strong basement for a long-term relationship.
