Technource Inc., a custom software application development company also uses the brand name of ‘Technource’. We began our venture in the year 2012 and have come a long way conquering myriad challenges that were thrown our way. We have ample experience in creating web and mobile applications for our clients from different countries around the globe. We have also delivered applications developed in Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and IoT to transfer technological advantages to clients.
What is the story behind starting this company?
It was a dream of a young entrepreneur. When I was doing engineering studies, the success of Infosys inspired me. I thought if some technology guys can develop such a successful business, then why not me? I started in those early days getting businesses from job portals and getting it done by fellow developers. It actually has given me huge confidence and experience in software development project management which turned into the desire of starting a professional venture in the software development field.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have an in-house team of developers, designers, Project managers, testers, analysts, and business development professionals. So we are a complete team and can deliver any project with an in-house team only.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Technource stands out on its capability of business orientation and process-driven methodology. We have always worked as a partner with our clients, did all necessary brainstorming to shape a solution for their business to prosper. We always built software on industry best practices merging it with client ethos to make it a successful one rather than forcing them towards a generic software solution.
We are always keen on developing software with the best match technologies so that clients can get the advantages. We have the versatility of expertise in different technologies and can offer our clients their required solution in any range of budget.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We cater to numerous industries such as real estate, education, retail & eCommerce, travel, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and different on-demand solutions. On-demand app development has been an area we’ve highly worked on in the past years. Having said this, we have also designed some innovative tech solutions using AI, AR, VR, and other emerging technologies.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
On-demand app development service is a sector where we’ve made huge contributions in the past 5 years. We have created one of the top software solutions for the US real estate industry with a web and mobile application. We have created a country-wide implemented edutech solution for one European client. Apart from these industries, clients from the retail and eCommerce sector across the globe approach us for custom solutions.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our ability to meet all the client requirements while not compromising the quality of our solutions accounts for higher customer satisfaction for us. We follow the Agile-Scrum project management methodology to add efficiency, transparency, and client involvement in our development process. Other than this, we are always available via call, Skype, mail, and other communication channels to offer continuous support to our clients.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We offer free support after UAT to all of our clients so that their users can get accustomed to the new software. We use support platforms where a user can log their problems and we have a 2 work hour turnaround time to attend to those issues. We offer post-free support consultation at reasonable rates.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We offer the following model:
- Fixed-cost broken down to milestones - against a fixed scope of work or MVP.
- Hourly rate - for a variable scope of work for different types of resources.
- Time material - for a variable scope with a monthly average pay for all development work.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
There is no basic budget requirement. The scope of work should justify the budget. We have worked for a minimum budget of USD 2000 so far.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
In 2020, we have the minimum price we worked on was USD 3000 and the maximum was USD 74000 for a single project.

I want to see ourselves as a global leader in custom software development beyond any technological barrier and able to create the best value for our clients consistently.
