Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?

The Dreamer Designs is a creative design studio born out of passion and love for design. We take pride in solving problems through design and providing experience to clients that delight. We work to create solutions with honesty and passion that lead to the happiness and success of the people we work with.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?

The organization was built to solve the problems using the power of design. We aim to make India shine on the global level with our designs. Our organization is built on four pillars of Honest Solutions, Delight, Passion for Learning, and Happiness.

What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We have an in-house team and a close network of trusted vendors.

How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?

We are not just a design organization. We deliver Design Solutions with Honesty. We learn as we breathe. Daily and compulsorily. We take much pride in our service quality and experience.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?

There is no fixed industry we cater to, but we are providers of design services to some of the best brands in the world like Microsoft, Mercedes, Upwork, Dell Boomi, etc. We love working with agencies that need design services for their clients.

Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a web app.

We work with clients to understand their problems and what they are expecting to achieve. After understanding, we present them with a probable solution that can help them achieve their goals. Based on discussions thereafter, the time frame is decided.

How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a web app?

It totally depends on the nature of the project. No two projects are the same. We provide custom designs solutions to every client.

Factors like ease of handling the operations post-production, budget, flexibility required, complexity, traffic, etc. majorly affect the choice of platform.

Which platform and technologies do you prefer to use in the development of your web apps?

Yes, we surely do provide custom design solutions, and all the things we design are responsive.

Yes, if required.

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a web application?

The volume of work, complexity, time and urgency.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)

We are pretty much flexible and can provide quotes based on the number f hours or by the project. Payments are backed by progress milestones.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

I take the budget based on the quality of interaction with the client and not on a budget.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?

A minimum can be of few dollars where the task is small like an icon creation, and big ones are generally ongoing ones with budget adding up with the requirements.
