Do not deliver on what they say they can offer at the outset

Awful company!!! They offered me a free trial to search for a job & came back to me with a couple of average CV'S, whom I had already contacted. They assured me that they held back more CV'S of a better standard & I would have to pay for their services before releasing the CV'S, which I did & no such CV'S. I continued to give them more jobs for their consultants to find but honestly, I do a better job on my own with 1 job board. To put the icing on the cake, one of my candidates who I had worked with in the past contacted me to say a company was calling using "my" company's name & he said that he had never come across such an unprofessional call in his life (kept calling my candidate by the wrong name, wasn't listening to my candidates needs etc etc..). Do avoid at all costs!!!
