Only if the showing is put on the current date with a margin of more than 45 minutes, then it should be sent to the client. 
3. To be sent to the client after the showing end time (1Hrs).
4. After the client's response with any rating
5. 3 days after the lead is moved to the contract signing stage

2. After scanning the QRcode authentication token and client secret generated for the API call.
