Vcall Global has helped us solve our most difficult problem, which was the call
abandonment rate. With our previous outsourcing company, we found it hard to
maintain consistency in call handling. But Vcall Global has a very good infrastructure
that allows them to maintain very low call abandonment. The agents are very
professional and always ensure that they minimize hold times. The CSAT is gradually
rising and we are happy with the business relationship so far.

Top Call Center Outsourcing Company
Review Summary
Vcall Global has come across as a breath of fresh air for our telecom business. We had some serious issues with our customer support because we were finding it hard to keep our best employees. So, we decided to outsource to Vcall Gloabal. The results have been good from the get go. The level of customer service is definitely as per our expectation. When we talk about call center support services, we don’t really talk about anything other than results. For us, we want to leave a lasting impression on our customers. To do this, we recruited Vcallglobal after reading gloating reviews about them. And I have to tell you that we are more than impressed. Their call center works round the clock, but still maintains the highest quality in communication. Our CSAT is going through the roof, which is clearly a result of all their endeavors.
