Challenge
Strata's online platform aims to create a marketplace that empowers investors to engage, earn, track, and sell portfolio offerings through a straightforward, transparent, and hassle-free process. The business's complex operations and entrenched mental models were reimagined to provide an easy-to-use, attractive, and accessible solution for investors.

The collaboration began with a thorough assessment of the experience, functional, and usability gaps in the existing platform. A comprehensive strategy was developed to shape Strata's platform experience, aligning it with business goals, user needs, and the brand's promise, look, feel, and guidelines.

Process
Strata's existing workflow and current/future business goals were understood for the experience design exercise. Competitors were evaluated to gauge their platform experience and brand promises.

Insights from workshops, competitor analysis, and identified gaps in the current experience guided the sprint-based development process. This approach aimed to create and implement a new experience vision, information architecture, and user experience for Strata's innovative platform.

The experience strategy focused on enhancing usability, personalization, and highlighting functional and self-expressive benefits. Key brand associations were forged through symbols, aesthetics, and engagement strategies to ensure a positive user experience.

After pivoting from travel, Airblack aimed to transform into a Skilling Academy and community, empowering individuals to thrive as creators or micro-entrepreneurs.

In need of a comprehensive overhaul, the initiative involved rebranding Airblack as a master brand encompassing a creator community and academies. Sub-brand categories were established to represent various creator clubs and specialized academies where individuals could learn specific skills from experts.

The brand's core theme of 'togetherness for better' is visually embodied in an identity featuring four circles seamlessly merged into a natural and harmonious shape. These circles represent wheels driving transformation, while their convergence symbolizes connection, collaboration, and communication.

To enhance legibility and recognition, the brand letters are strategically placed within the circles. Olive green serves as the primary color, symbolizing balance, progress, optimism, and meaningful connections.
