W3ondemand is a fast-growing outsourcing company that offers web Mobile App & web development Services for a wide range of industries to suit every business for startups & SMEs using the latest technologies, at the same time we are also capable of handling enterprise clients as well. We mainly focus on providing custom software development, consultancy, Mobile app development, E-commerce, CMS solutions, UI/UX design, and ensuring the best services to our clients.
The company maintains a high reputation for providing client satisfaction through cost-effective procedures for both small-scale and large-scale projects. As far as my role is concerned I am CEO/CTO of the W3ondmenad Team.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Having experience in the Web development field for more than 10 years and project management experience with international clients I felt there is a huge demand in the market to provide quality work & more enhanced value-added services to the customer's products. Initially, I included myself in all the processes from development to getting the clients, it was not an easy way honestly in the start but I knew we had to keep focusing on our quality, and one day we would be successful. Moving ahead we started with a couple of team members & focused on delivering quality work to our clients rather than chasing to generate revenue, which really worked well.
Our existing clients started to refer us to their college & friends for our services & also engaged with us for their other assignments. Then we started to build our own in-house team of developers in web & mobile development and also expand our services more where we could serve better.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Here at w3ondemand we provide end-to-end in-house product development services to our clients. Our experienced and dedicated team of professionals carries each stage of the development cycle which starts from gathering the requirement and performing all analysis, designing the stunning UI/UX, developing, Making live & maintaining the product. Keeping our own in-house team gives an extra mileage when we need to deliver the product as expected or above the expectation to shape up the product.
We have in-house of Mobile application developers backend developers, front-end developers as well UI/UX designers, Our experienced and qualified android, iOS App developers make it sure that the work is done exactly according to your requirements and get Maximum ROI on your returns. Adding to that we also have team leads, project management in our in-house team to do all risk management & make sure the product is being developed according to the desired output.
I personally think having in-house really is the key here for delivering product successfully. Apart from it, if there is a need of the service which doesn’t offer we can suggest from the list of our trusted vendors whom we recognize and know well.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
From the vast experience of project management which has come to us by delivering successful products to our clients all over the world in various industries, we give our best advice according to the nature of the product a client is looking to build for them. Every product has its own challenge sometimes it might be technically or sometimes financially we give our best to build the desired product according to the client’s need.
From the beginning we don’t shy to ask too many questions if that can help to build a product successfully, moreover, we provide our expertise suggestion as well because handling projects in the various industry gives us an edge over other competitors in our industry.
We prefer to get the MVP build initially for purposed product & the idea of the client can be tested in the market as early as possible with possible ROI on the investments, we advise to take on phase by phase development from the beginning and eliminating extra list of features which can be processed later phases of development. I think this approach provides best results in delivering every kind of product & maintaining long term clients with us.

We provide our services mainly to Restaurants & Food delivery, E-commerce, Education &Elearning, Real State, Medical & healthcare, Travel & hospitality, Automative, We also maintain a great list of clients who comes from different industries like Fashion, Retail, Finance, etc.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We specialize in different fields such as Web Development, Web Designing, Native and Hybrid Mobile Application Development, E-commerce Website, CMS, and Application Development. Based on shared services our client approaches us in all mentioned services. Mainly clients are looking to build mobile app & websites for this business idea and sometimes they don’t have a basic idea not having complete insight so they like us to use our expertise and get the initial MVP product. In this case, need we to define the initial level of scope and build the prototype.
Apart from our offered service we also get requests from clients asking to provide SEO, Digital marketing, Paid marketing services, for such services we shared details of our trusted vendors whom they can contact & collaborate with.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We believe in maintaining the client retention strategy that keeps your current customers engaged and happy. Generally, most of the new work we receive belongs to our existing clients & we maintain a healthy ratio when it comes to getting repetitive customers for our business. I feel for any business customer retention is the key to growth.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Our PMs are experienced and skillful they handle each request from our clients on priority whether it is related discuss a new project or an existing project & sort their queries in a quick turnaround time. Being a outsource company that mainly deals with international clients who come from all around the work, our support team is mostly available according to client time zone, they are ready to take calls, Chat, and other communications channels our clients prefer.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We provide our clients a list of payment structures depending on the nature of the work, we have kept the hiring model flexible when it comes to choosing a payment mode. We generally work on time & material-based models by providing the estimation of a project upfront. Generally, customers come to us by having some high-level information about a project in such cases we provide an approximate estimation based on time and material if additional changes come during development and then we discuss it and share the estimation. Fix cost structure we suggest where everything is documented with all details and there are no additional changes expected. We also offer a milestone payment structure where customers pay once a milestone is approved.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
W3ondemand is open to discussing the budget with all clients, many of our existing clients initially used to run their small startup but later they became successful & contributed to our growth. I feel that only budget is not the only thing we consider before discussing the scope of the project as we see many SMEs or startups have the potential to give you a great opportunity. We analyses the scope of project first and then sharing our best understating including the estimation to all our client if there is any request made we consider based on certain criteria.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Those are between 25 k USD to 200 k USD.
