What is the story behind starting this company?
About five years ago on August 15, 2015, I began my journey by creating WPWeb Infotech Pvt. Ltd. One of my friends and customers; Daniel Waser motivated me to begin selling WordPress plugins, as I was the developer of the plugin myself and was involved with him for nearly 3 years. I have launched few plugin ideas like Social Auto Poster and Social Login, in which I have a very overwhelming market response. I then began developing EDD extensions (Easy Digital Downloads).
Currently, we create WordPress and WooCommerce plugins and focus on clients looking for such services so that they can also sell them all kinds of plugins or themes, such as plugin or theme development, design, support, and even digital marketing.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We don't believe in project outsourcing, we do all our work in-house. The internal team covers all the development stages from requirement gathering, implementation, and making the project live. We have 40+ WordPress gurus, committed to providing 100% satisfaction.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our company at many levels is different than others because we simply do not accept ideas from startups and construct the project according to the indicated needs. It is the core value of WPWeb Infotech Pvt. Ltd. that we like to work with companies that let us investigate and develop an idea. We are their research and development providers when startups approach us with an idea. What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

To cater to our customer’s requirements we make sure we understand the entire business logic and furnish them with a work plan that not just adds value to their website but also to their business. Our prime goal is to keep transparency and being responsive to any of our client’s needs.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We’re always responsive to our client’s requests and make sure we’re available to answer any of their queries or concerns or dig into any piece of development on an immediate basis. We also make use of several project management tools that help us keep things on track and easy to manage thereby making it a smooth sailing experience for our clients.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We work with various pricing models on different products. For instance, we have a flat rate on the WordPress plugins, per site with lifetime updates and 6-month free support. While for the service industry, we follow 3 different models as under:
FIXED PRICE MODEL
When the client's requirements are clear we suggest going ahead with this model where the scope of work for the project is defined and agreed mutually and milestones are defined.
TIME AND MATERIAL
In instances where it is difficult to specify the scope, specifications, and implementation for the development of a project the time and material engagement model becomes an attractive option. In this business model, all the activities are supervised on an hourly basis. The client is then charged based upon a predefined hourly rate.
DEDICATED RESOURCE HIRING
The dedicated web developer model is the most flexible business model where we align a resource to dedicatedly work with the client & his team. The resource exclusively works on any of the client’s projects. This model is economically most competitive as well.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We are a profitable company and are therefore interested in large-scale projects because they are certainly more profitable. We do, however, have experience working with very low-budget companies or can reduce the web development budget of any company by offering customers the benefit of our out-of-the-box skills. Whereas we have taken projects worth 3000$ in the past, we need to filter projects now that we are older and look forward to projects that are between $20K -$200K.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
The average size of our projects in 2020 was from $20K to $200K. This isn't the real image, however. We also packaged more than $400K in a couple of long-term projects and many very close to them.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
As of now, we’ve already gathered a respectable amount of recognition as a WordPress Development Company. Moving forward in years to come we anticipate growing our footprints globally and being recognized as a global pool of talent in the web & mobile app development sector.
