Not great communication / Missed deadlines
Review Summary
The overall experience was frustrating. The team's design skills were okay (we ended up designing a lot of it ourselves), the communication was lacking with unclear expectations, and the deadline was missed. Addionionally, they steered us to a very cumbersome payment platform that was a headache to administer. We finally switched to Stripe on our own which was 100% better. The company is very capable to execute your vision, but not the best to work with.
