Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?

Our company specializes in creating mobile applications, e-commerce websites, landing pages and digital marketing (PPC advertising in Google, Yandex, Facebook, Youtube and so on.).

My role within the company is to organize all the business processes in the way that they could work effectively without my engagement. In some huge projects, I work as an art director, giving a piece of advice and proposing solutions to designers.

It depends on the particular client and his field of business, but the key parameters in my point of view are:

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

We have a reputation of perfect developers because we have a unique approach for every client. We try to be as useful as we can. Even the tagline of our company is “We get used to be useful.” In every case, we propose unique solutions to clients, and they appreciate it. And I think this is the key factor.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

We work with all kinds of businesses – big companies and startups and these could be e-commerce organizations, retail companies, factories, financial institutions, banks.

What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?

I think the main factor of success is the team. It is the main factor in everything. Perfect team means perfect products, services, and communications with a client. So, I’m trying to build this team, and I can say that I have something up my sleeve.

The main key factors we consider are:

Amount of time which is needed to accomplish this project

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?

When a client reaches out to us, we negotiate, and after that, we decide to start work or not. The client usually makes a prepayment for the first sprint, and after that, we start working.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?

The price range of the projects we catered in 2018 was $500 – $40000.

Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.

When we have plans to launch a new product or a service we take into consideration the demand for it. We also analyze how it can be useful for people. Only after that, we conduct marketing research, where we study the market, the customers, the competitors, and so on. At the end of the research we gather together all the information about the study and discuss it with the team. And after that, we decide whether to launch this product/service or not.
