What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We are open to all sorts of industries— Small, Medium and Large and have worked with B2B, B2C. Around 60% of our customers are repetitive ones and 20% of our clients are on a long-term partnership.

Every client is unique in its Nature, Business Model, Industry and the Market he has. So client will ask questions before they select any Digital Marketing Company like us. The most common question I ever faced as a Sales and Marketing guy from last 8 Years is Reliability, Experience in the same Industry, Pricing and how soon we can achieve the result and what kind of SEO Guarantee we can offer.. But the truth is SEO is unpredicted and unforeseen and the best what we will do is to follow the industry, inculcate Google best practices, educate our clients as much as we can, And this is what we have been doing for years.

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
For SEO and Digital marketing:- We consider factors such as the number of keywords, number of pages, competition, and market of our clients.
For Website Designing and Development:- We consider factors such as the size of the project, complexity, number of developers and their experience, features and time to close the project.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
For SEO and Digital Marketing:- We are billing them on a Monthly basis until they are using our services.
For Website Designing and Development:- We are open to charge them a Flat price if their requirement and scope of work are clear to both of us. If no, we are happy to bill them on hourly basis which is 18 USD but before we are giving them an estimate of time.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
In 2018, our starting price for SEO and Digital Marketing was 350 USD and for Website Designing and Development, it was minimum 900 USD to 14000 USD.
Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact on rankings and traffic per unit of time spent.
There is no strict rule of activities we can suggest. It merely depends on various factor keeping in mind the client who wants to work with us. The only way we will be auditing a few of the factors lies along what my client is missing and what we can add to give a considerable upliftment to their business.
