We Agency Go use AgoraPulse. There are so many social media platforms out there that worked well for us, but AgoraPlus takes the win here. Not only does it help to manage our social media campaigns effectively, but it also gives us accurate insights based on our target audience. It helps to segment the audiences based on their interests and customize the content accordingly for better results. There are multiple features that make it an efficient tool, such as automated publishing, contact management, conversion tracking, analytics, and more. However, there aren't any options to edit your post, which may demand a need for another additional application or your marketing team. Overall, it is great for most mid-size companies.

It is a social media marketing platform that allows agencies, corporations, and marketers to manage their social media messaging, schedule and post content, discover key influencers, monitor social channels, and generate spectacular reports from a single dashboard. My company has been using this software for 5+ years. My company uses this software daily. We ran the trial for a few months to put it through its paces, and the transition was smooth and painless. Their customer care has been beneficial and courteous when I have had questions. Posting to all social media networks at once is incredible. Responding to Linkedin comments from within the site is a fantastic tool that few other platforms offer. It's pretty clear how our brand recognition is growing in our industry. I also enjoy that by widening the hashtags we're looking for, I can readily see what our rivals are up to.

For years we used Hootsuite and put up with its lack of tools to help us manage all our clients social media accounts. Then the price jump - for the same software. They totally abandoned small agencies. We then went on the hunt for new software. Sprout Social was overpriced for our client base. Then we found Agorapulse. From the moment I reached out and was hands-on with a sales team member showing us the program, to the updates and your tech support?? AMAZING! The price difference had minimal impact to our bottom line. I absolutely love the Facebook group where they really listen to the things that we would like to see!!!

My company(Lavari Jewelers) uses AgoraPulse as our go-to social media management software for a reason—it is the best among those we have tried.  I have listed the pros and cons based on our experience using AgoraPulse below.

 The Pros

Supports the five major social media platforms. These are Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube.

Allows multiple users to use it at the same time. If you have numerous people in your social media team, using AgoraPulse is faster because multiple users can upload content and organize content publishing schedules simultaneously.

Offers a mobile app version for easy monitoring. Unlike other social media management software, AgoraPulse has a mobile app version to make it easy for social media managers to keep track of the performance of their content anytime and anywhere.

Basic and easy-to-learn. One of the most challenging obstacles to overcome when introducing new software to your team is a steep learning curve. However, AgoraPulse does not pose any problems in that area with its intuitive design.

The Cons

 Expensive. AgoraPulse is on the pricey side of the spectrum, with the cheapest plan at $99 monthly.

No built-in photo editor. It is a hassle to upload images using AgoraPulse because users have to perform their editing on a separate software. Then, upload the photo to AgoraPulse to publish it, which is a hassle.

Over the years working in a Digital Marketing agency, we have tried and tested numerous social media scheduling platforms. There are many reasons to consider a scheduling platform, especially when dealing with numerous clients and the various social media platforms available.

After extensive testing at Socially Found, we are currently using Agorapulse. As a whole, it comes close to allowing us to maximise our resources with the following

Pros:

· The ability to share across multiple staff members

· Monitor and manage client some community channels

· Calendar tool for easy visualisation of planning

· Solid analysis and reports

Cons:

· Inability to publish all types of posts - carousels

· Unable to respond to Instagram DM

· Unable to share scheduled posts as single pdf - available in GainApp

· Interface not as clean as others

Overall, for the purpose of our clients, Agorapulse came the closest to offering all the features we wanted to understand that there is no magic unicorn (yet) that provides it with all. As technology advances and social media platforms work even closer with these types of companies, we should get pretty close in the near future.

It enables you to put all your social network in a unified interface and manage everything from there, whether it’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube. In Agoraplus you can see how many comments, tweets you have received and then simply you can reply to them. Calendar function makes Scheduling, queuing, and visualizing all your posts and tweets easier.

What I like in Agoraplus:

  • It has a Social inbox to see every conversation
  • It has a Built-in CRM which can track your followers
  • It has an automated inbox assistant which helps to navigate easily.
  • Full coverage of all ad comments
  • Saves a lot of time
  • You can use all your social networks in one place easily and simply.
  • Great way to identify influencer on Instagram
  • Intuitive and user-friendly user interface
  • Personal customer service

What I don't like:

  •  The reporting is pretty weak
  • In social networks like LinkedIn and Instagram, there are certain limitations in terms of publishing content
  • Lack of Pinterest scheduling
  • There's no role for a team member, that limits his access to the assigned tasks only
  • Pricing too high!

Bottom line: If you have a business or have some investments then I prefer Agoraplus. It has many advanced features that other tools out there don't have.

Review Summary

For moderation, I love AgoraPulse. It's very robust and allows you to moderate comments, hide posts that aren't relevant, ban users that spam you, and conduct real-time social listening for the brand (or competition!) mentions. It also allows you to create canned/pre-planned responses for common questions, and these can be tailored by social account and platform. It's increased engagement for all of my clients of Wonderland Media by 200%(on average) and has lowered response times substantially. For larger teams, it's great for assigning tasks to team members and allows you to send responses for approval before they are posted. The only drawback of this software is that I have to re-login every day, which can be a pain from mobile, and you can't ban users or block them from the AgoraPulse app (only the desktop interface).
