What really stood out to me about Appointy was just how easy it made everything. The interface was a breeze to navigate, which meant we could book and track customer appointments without a hitch. It felt like everything was right where it needed to be, making our days run smoother.

However, the calendar could be a bit of a headache at times. It was tricky to get the hang of it and read it quickly, which was a bit of a letdown. And I wish we had more ways to make the interface feel more 'us,' with some more customization options.

We Electrician Apprentice HQ have been using Appointy for a little over a year now and are very impressed so far. We also like the Reserve With Google feature, which I think is pretty unique. I guess the only downside is that it is a standalone scheduling app, it doesn't have any other comprehensive features. Also, it doesn't integrate with a ton of other software, but it does sync up with what we're currently using. We also like the flexible pricing. There's a free version and a few paid versions available. We actually started off with the free one and moved up to the basic paid subscription. We may even upgrade further if we feel the need. The customer service at Appointy is tremendous. Whenever we had a question about anything, we literally heard back within minutes about 90% of the time. If you're new to the appointment scheduling realm, this should serve as a huge benefit.
