We can improve and create our own branding using Apptivo to make our CRM more specific. Apptivo allows you to convert leads into contacts, customers, or opportunities, directly and easily change contacts to customers. 

This is probably the most vital attribute for us, as we can monitor and analyze all our teams and individual sales, no matter their location. It also helps us integrate existing team organizational structures to improve quotas.
