What do you like the most about Board?
Visual Analytics is pretty great for forecasting and planning things in advance. It has improved better customer retention and engagement.
The what if scenarios and the engaging drag and drop interface is easier to use for people from non-programming background.
The best part is the 25/7 customer service. I mentioned 25 consciously because of its excellent service.
What do you like the least about Board?
We haven't really faced much issues and even if we did the customer service has been really excellent.
The use of consultants to set things up initially can be an additional overhead.
The add on functionalities could be improved with more support.
The software is very easy to use and learn.
