I love the services and it is easy to learn simple and very efficient software. It does what I need it to do, and I like this software a lot. Good enough to black out time and set up appointments.

We SEOAnt love Bookafy for the two-way calendar scheduling capabilities it allows us. This enables us to schedule meetings and video calls with clients to strategize how to help their business. Moreover, a comprehensive admin dashboard gives us a glimpse into every team member’s calendar, thus enabling easy account assignment. It also syncs well with other tools we use, such as Skype. We’ve been using Bookafy for over six months now, and it is a scheduling app that we use daily. The only downside is that the pricing is not very flexible and easily goes overboard for a small business if you need access to all its features.

We FindPeopleFirst use Bookafy. It has a simple interface with an excellent onboarding experience that has triggered us to use this scheduling software for the past three years. We use this application daily to meet our routines in business administration. The best thing about this tool is that we can generate links for virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and GoToMeeting. The flexibility in its usage and the efficient ways to prioritize calls and appointments assists in scheduling our business day productively. The only drawback we figured out with this app is that many schemes confuse us, and there is a need to connect with customer service whenever we switch to different plans based on your dynamic requirements.

My name is Paul and I am the founder of Intrinsic Search, a talent management firm in the SaaS market. We’ve tried a couple of scheduling and booking software since we had our first client (many years ago) and so far, Bookafy has been our favorite—the pros definitely outweigh the cons.
The pros: Other than the beautiful and intuitive interface, I love that clients receive an email confirmation of the appointment, which is also saved to their google calendar if they are using the G-suite. What is more amazing is that there is an option for clients to receive an SMS reminder so they never miss an appointment and this has been great for our conversions.
The cons: The only downside is that there is quite a bit of a learning curve for the back office setup—setting up is not as easy as other software we have tried.
