Review Summary

At Flyparks, we tested various different email marketing tools, and found that Campaign Monitor is great for us.

Pros: Simple and straightforward, with scheduling, personalisation, and segmentation tools, and a difficult to match price-point - $9.00 a month. Campaign Monitor is popular with our team due to its clean interface, drag-and-drop email builder, selection of professionally designed, responsive templates, and overall ease of use.

Cons: There are some gaps in Campaign Monitor's functionality, when it comes to split testing, analysis, as the ability to trigger user journeys, based on data import. Likewise, campaign transfers can be complicated, and we've encountered some issues with tracking and exporting results data.
