Game changer for us at Knectar
While at its core, Carv functions a scheduling tool for our team, it handles scheduling in a uniquely visual way. Whereas most scheduling tools are more or less juiced up calendaring or Gantt like tools, Carv's UI has you essentially building "curve stacks". The curve stacks can then be measured against capacity in a direct and intuitive way. The other key thing it does that's distinct from most schedulers, is it assumes that all projects have a "confidence level", straight out of CRM world. We hadn't seen any tools that attempt to marry sales prospects with contracted work this seamlessly.
