I find Close to be excellent because, in addition to the standard features available on all CRMs, you can set up to prompt you on every step of the buyer's journey. Its UX is easy on the eyes. The calling features help busy salespeople make the most of their time and stay focused & motivated when cold calling.

Review Summary

After trying multiple CRMs at CPD Online College over the years we settled on Close.io. This is a little less common than some of the bigger players but it is fantastic for recording all contact simply and efficiently. It doesn't have as much of the complex functionality as some of the others so it is simple and easy to use for anyone joining our team as well as existing staff. Some of the larger CRMs have so much unnecessary functionality that it makes it difficult to understand and use quickly. Close.io lets us just focus on speaking with existing and new customers and offering the best service possible.

Review Summary

I've used Close for several years at multiple organizations. I regularly evaluate other CRMs but keep returning to Close. It makes tracking communication so much easier than other solutions, and it keeps adding new time-saving features like built-in drip sequences. My only qualms are that making phone calls requires downloading an app, and there are regularly very small bugs that take a while to get fixed. I'd highly recommend Close to small business and non-profits needing to track any sort of pipeline.
