Kindly share your feedback on how GoodFirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.

It has helped in branding ourselves and establishing a presence in the LMS market.

Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.

Anders Willumsen is the visionary leader & CEO behind Eurekos.  Like many of his prior endeavors, he transformed what was once a training and consulting company into a leading customer and channel partner training LMS provider. Eurekos is now the leading European customer education specialist, offering innovative training software solutions for businesses and non-profit organizations with a need for external training, certification & accreditation.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

It actually began with a request from a university who wanted to move 1,800 aftermarket educations online.  From that, it developed into employee training education followed by a customer training platform.  Today, we are focused on external training, encompassing customer, channel, service and partner training education worldwide.

How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

Compared to our competitors, we help our clients reduce time to market - including product launches, product support and customer engagement.  This is due to the highly advanced onboarding processes & systems which you can deploy directly and indirectly to customers. Being able to do this across 200 countries and 130 language is a very costly and a time consuming operation which few others have invested in.

What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?

Ideal industries for Eurekos are manufacturing, software companies, training & consulting companies, non-profit organisations and government. We offer cloud based solutions and on premise solutions which are attractive to companies across various industries.

What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?

What makes us stand apart is that we are one of the only companies in the world that has 130 languages in our software, but beyond that you can also translate content and training into the same 130 languages. We also have Customer Event Management as one of the many activities which has been added to our software. This means that you can now organize customer events through the LMS and structure it to send out invites so that a physical customer event simply becomes another activity. Many competitors don’t have content translation or customer event management.

What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

Customer satisfaction is one of the most important elements of success here at Eurekos.  We have an average of 4.7-4.8 ratings across various review site platforms like Goodfirms, such as Capterra, G2, Elearning & others.  We are one of the only LMS companies that constantly challenge possibilities in creating & customizing solutions for our customers needs and requirements and are always thinking outside of the box.  We have a quick responsive time, flexible pricing & are personally invested with our clients.  We are always trying to improve our customer support and have recently hired 2 new customer success managers as well as customer support for US hours.  We will continue to invest in the nurturing of our clients as their satisfaction is key to our growing success.

Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?

The average lifespan of our customers’ is over 8 years.

Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?

We have a fully automated onboarding process of our customers which is coddled by virtual meetings with our instructors to help them configure the software and align with our processes. In addition to the onboarding and training we provide, we now have a  knowledgebase system which provides hundreds of instructional videos.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

We have e-mail, chat, and video based support as well as technical and support hours 8am CET-5pm PST.

Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?

Eurekos being a household name with worldwide usage with customers in 30 plus countries. As for the product itself, we see our LMS being fully integrated with the latest in AI technology enabling every form of automation from assignments to content creation, to translations and to localizations. Whether you use it internally or externally, directly or indirectly with a  customer or partner, every onboarding assignment, learning and participation should be fully automated, including creation of the content, certificates and more.
