Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Flipsnack is a tool used to create, download, and share interactive online flipbooks such as catalogs, magazines, brochures, newsletters & many more.

With over 6 million users and trusted by top brands like BuzzFeed, Foundr, Pandora, Nike, or Decathlon, Flipsnack is the perfect choice for marketers, designers, business owners, or for personal use.

I joined the company right after graduating from high school, and I’ve been part of the team from the very beginning, ever since Flipsnack was launched. I first started as a junior developer, moved on to be a customer support representative, then became the customer support manager, then PO, and now I am Flipsnack’s COO. All the roles I had in the company helped me to have a better understanding of the technical side of the business, but they also allowed me to pay more attention and focus on the client’s needs.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
Flipsnack's history begins in 2011, At the time, there were only a few flipbook maker solutions, and most of them weren’t quite easy to use. We then set out to offer a simple solution for the user to make a flipbook quickly and easily. Subsequently, our application has developed a lot and is much more complex, but one of our objectives is now to offer a high-performance solution but easy to use for marketers, publishers, and professionals in various industries.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
It's a complete, all-in-one solution that can help you create interactive flipbooks, personalize and customize your profile and flipbooks by adding your company brand kit, publishing and sharing your flipbooks, and even tracking their performance using our Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager integration.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
It’s a tool that is suitable for any type of industry, but there are several industries that use as mainly: marketing agencies, finance/insurance, real estate, retail/wholesale, nonprofit organizations, medical and educational institutions
For real estate and retail, we have some product capabilities that are very specific for these industries, such as shopping carts, integrations, the possibility of integration with MLS type RESO.

What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Over 97% of customer satisfaction was reported through our CRM.
We aim to improve further.

We want and strive, for all departments in the company, to understand the customer and his needs to actively listen to the message sent by him, and act accordingly. Therefore, all suggestions from users are recorded and analyzed by the product team, and we make communication efforts between customer-facing departments that collect direct feedback and the rest of the departments.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
I could say yes, they are because our business model is based on recurring and most buyers stay with us for at least 3 annual payment cycles. Regarding the percentage, I can say that over 50% of them are repetitive customers.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
For us is very important to have well-informed and up-to-date users, that's why we have:

Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
We are already leaders among other tools you can use to create digital catalogs and for the next 10 years, we want to be a well-known brand beyond this niche, known to the general public, and with a rich portfolio of Fortune 100 companies.
