I am very pleased with the number of options and the level customization that are available. I appreciate that it’s very affordable, but still gives the user many options and freedom of use. Also, great customer service! Fast email replies, chat features, and optional phone calls.

I see almost no flaw for this special app. Some of the UI/UX was not super-intuitive, and it's a little challenging to make custom stages for pipeline. Integration of email with the freshteam is bit confusing and can be improved. They don't accept PayPal for paying.
