Gladly is a live chat and customer service solution that is designed for accessibility and personalization for better customer support.
Review Summary
Great software to chat with potential clients and I just love it as it allows me to do my job efficiently and give better services to my customers. All features are amazing and very useful but its chat throttling, chat attachment and concurrent messaging are my favourite features.
