There is no time tracking available with the Gusto Simple plan. The payroll run page can be difficult to understand. Independent links or screens are required for both times off and contractors.

One of the best advantages of using Gusto is that it has various features that serve our company well. The Gusto portal is also self-service, so we can manually check and verify everything related to HR. Plus, it can manage and take into account the benefits and paid time off for our employees. Gusto’s main disadvantage is that it doesn’t track our company’s applicants. Our staff is currently at a limited number, and so we don’t have enough manpower to track all interested applicants. It would have been nice if Gusto included that feature.
