Gusto Reviews
Gusto has that exceptional user experience which makes things easier to use
Review Summary
We RevenueGeeks use Gusto. I believe, that exceptional user experience. employee records that are both flexible and comprehensive, versions restricted to contractors only, excellent employee versions, a good set of reports that can be customized, and comprehensive mobile access are the pros of Gusto. There is no time tracking available with the Gusto Simple plan. The payroll run page can be difficult to understand. Independent links or screens are required for both times off and contractors.

Gusto is all that a startup or small business requires for HR software
Review Summary
We Revelo use Gusto. Employees adore it, managers have little to worry about, and it is reasonably priced for even the smallest of businesses. I strongly advise those that do not have an HR department to use it. Someone with little to no HR knowledge can function as a qualified administrator in Gusto. Everyone we spoke with thought the transition was simple and quick. In terms of IT infrastructure, all you need is an internet connection. The platform is constantly evolving and adding new capabilities, but it has remained remarkably simple to use across the firm. It may be a little thin for the demands of larger businesses, but it will do for a startup or small firm

Gusto helps small businesses handle their HR processes more efficiently
Review Summary
We BarBend use Gusto. Core HR functions that ensure employee happiness are the top priority on a small scale to suit the needs of small enterprises without difficulty. In addition to compensation management, employee onboarding, a self-service portal, and time and benefits administration, it has these additional features: Gusto does not offer tools like as applicant monitoring, recruitment management, or 360-degree feedback. I highly recommend it.

Gusto allows us to automate and digitally monitor that aspect of our business
Review Summary
At my company A Perfect Shirt, we use Gusto as our HR software. Our company has been using Gusto since early 2021. We use Gusto once or thrice a week to check and monitor everything that’s related to HR at ‘A Perfect Shirt'. One of the best advantages of using Gusto is that it has various features that serve our company well. The Gusto portal is also self-service, so we can manually check and verify everything related to HR. Plus, it can manage and take into account the benefits and paid time off for our employees. Gusto’s main disadvantage is that it doesn’t track our company’s applicants. Our staff is currently at a limited number, and so we don’t have enough manpower to track all interested applicants. It would have been nice if Gusto included that feature.
