Advisors and agents don’t work like other salespeople, and they don’t use social media the same way either. That’s why there’s Hearsay Social. It makes it easy for them to nurture clients with personalized content, then connects one-on-one at moments that matter. Review Summary

I've used Hearsay Social for marketing purpose at Rootstrap. The biggest benefit is on the compliance front. Hearsay is specifically designed for the Financial and Insurance space. When I was responsible for the financial firm's social media, I was audited twice a year by the regulatory body.

Hearsay makes it very easy to quickly pull data in easy to understand spreadsheets, complete with approvals and relevant proof of oversight. Hearsay was also easier to use for my firm's financial advisors, who tend not to be digital natives. On the flip side, Hearsay is a little more basic, lacking a full range of customization attributes.

Nevertheless, it was easy to use from an admin perspective as well as onboarding new users and scheduling posts. I highly recommend it, particularly for industries that want to gain the benefits of using social media but are scared about the risks associated with compliance.
