This is the cleanest and most user-friendly solution I came across. Seamless migration (JIRA Service Management to Zendesk). With just 2 calls and a few emails, the HDM (Relokia) solved the major issue no other vendor with posh brand name has managed to solve for me for 2 months!. This group knows what they are doing and practices what they preach, everything is clear day 1, no hidden costs, open communication, great direction and guidance. They understand all your tough tech questions and have a big picture and holistic approach. Very helpful, sharp and knowledgeable support. The migration was seamless, it looks amazing on the Zendesk side. The key info from JIRA was preserved (labels, components, CRM, comments, users). If you look to do the same, look no further. I'm impressed and very grateful to the entire team.
