The Learning academy of this tool is very much intuitive and has been helping many of our employees to learn how the tool works.

It’s not only limited to CRM of some sort, it's beyond the scope of the CRM. It manages all the operations of an entire organisation.

It's very user-friendly, and users can customise fields to meet their specific needs.

What do you like the least about InfoFlo?

The report generation side of the software is a bit weak. It needs a few improvements.

There should be more integrations with bookkeeping softwares.

Other than that the tool is just fine.
