Very poor, as no answers are given via the official forms. Even the ISP receives no response from IPQs to the false allegations. Only the creation of a customer account and writing to them via the internal ticket system has at least led to a response. But even then there is no real conversation and cooperation to dispel the false allegations or to fix the problem that may exist with us. All in all, the site only seems to be out to make money and enrich itself at the expense of other companies. Our business partner, who brought this to our attention, is also not allowed to give any details, as this has been prohibited by IPQs. As IPQs is not prepared to assist in any way to dispel the false allegations or to enable us to rectify the problem. We have now also taken legal action and filed a complaint with the FTC for fraud.

It has helped me preventing fraud, validating emails, and protecting my business. It's great for saving time/money and for peace of mind. Really well priced and incredibly accurate. We tested so many other services and couldn't get the right settings for balancing false-positives and bad users. So overall no complaints - really great features across the board.
