In my experience using it, I think the only con is that the functionality of its free version is minimal, which might make it less accessible to an average person or small business just getting off the ground. For pros, it’s incredibly secure with two-factor authorization and allows easy transfer of passwords across devices. I find it intuitive and easy to use.
