The support I received was a game changer. Regarding the pricing, I find it to be quite competitive, bordering on unmatched. It's genuinely an affordable product, and I appreciate the fact that they offer a variety of plans catering to different businesses, with a special consideration for nonprofit organizations like ours. In my opinion, their pricing is fantastic.

What do you like the least about Lobbytrack?

Honestly, it's been about a month, maybe a month and a half, and I can't find any downsides to the company so far. Despite the time difference, and the fact that I haven't made any payments yet, the response time has been consistently good. I'm quite comfortable with how things have been going, and right now, I don't have anything negative to say about the company.

The ID badge editor could use updating as it does a poor job representing what the actual printed badge will look like.

Review Summary

Using Lobbytrack has been helpful in improving our company’s visitor management. The software is very easy to navigate. We also enjoyed the notification feature for hosts upon their guest’s check-in. The user interface on the iPad for guest check-in is well done, although the interface for check-in on the PC feels a little too simplistic and outdated. We also enjoyed the customizable options for required guest information, but it would be helpful if we could still create appointments despite missing some of the information. For example, we may not always have an email address for a service technician. Overall, Lobbytrack has been well received by our staff and our guests!

What do you like the most about Lobbytrack?

I love that Lobbytrack integrates with our access control system for real time provisioning and deprovisioning of access cards. You can literally activate access cards for guests on arrival within seconds. Then, upon sign-out and/or after a designated period of time elapses, the access card can be shut off automatically. This really helps us from a security standpoint. Enabling the integration with our access control system was seamless easy.

What do you like the least about Lobbytrack?

There are a few elements that could benefit from a mild user-interface refresh on the admin side of things. It would help to have more control over security role granularity for access management of privileged users.

Review Summary

We started using Lobbytrack to modernize our previous paper visitor log. We quickly started viewing this as an opportunity to make a strong branding impression on all visitors to our office. We also discovered, post-implementation, that we would need to use the pre-registration features to reduce the bottleneck that was created when we had a group of visitors arriving at the same time. As an added bonus, we are able to send pertinent information to all our visitors, such as the guest Wi-Fi info.

What do you like the most about Lobbytrack?

The visitor tracking works well, as does the preregistration process for scheduling upcoming visits. You also have a lot of granular control over the sign-in experience. The presentation of the Lobby app definitely gives a better first impression to our guests than the old paper visitor log did...

What do you like the least about Lobbytrack?

There is definitely a lack of support documentation, which is apparent when trying to configure things like SSO or get granular with some of the many other settings. It's also nice that SSO is available, but really unfortunate that it is limited to the highest license tier and that the implementation doesn't extend to the employee app, which is a blocker for us.
