I have been using Mailchimp for primarily because of it Email marketing, CRM & social media management features. We've been using Mailchimp for 4+ years now, for both our clients and own email marketing. It's super simple to set up, has a range of affordable (and free) plans to suit every sized business, automation sequences that help boost conversions, and great looking templates and design options. I've used other platforms before, and nothing compares to the ease of use and features of Mailchimp.

We are using different email marketing software at COUNTRYVPNS for different purposes so I would like to share my insights on them.

If you talk about selling products, I would prefer MailChimp as it provides additional features for e-commerce products. 

Coming to the pros and cons

Pros- 1. Social Media and Google Analytics can be integrated so it provides thorough reporting 2. Its email editor is easy to use 3. Free up to 2000 subscribers

Cons- 1. Its premium subscription plan is a bit expensive 2. Provide limited email automation, isn't versatile like ActiveCampaign

At Bead the Change, we use Mailchimp for all of our email marketing needs. It's extremely user friendly and cost effective.  They even have a basic free plan so you can try it out and see if you like it.

At Emily Bezak Writes, I chose MailChimp for my small business, because I'm not a graphic designer but have email marketing experience with list segmentation, surveys, and automated email campaigns. MailChimp has a user-friendly, intuitive UI. After one afternoon, I had multiple templates built, lists segmented, and an automated email campaign setup with the opt-in form on my website.

For those who are not design-savvy, they offer easy, drag and drop templates to help you easily create good-looking, converting campaigns.

At Success Strategies, we use Mailchimp for email marketing. From my personal experience, Mailchimp is the best E-mail marketing software.

At Paxful, we use Mailchimp for email marketing. I highly recommend using Mailchimp as it's perfect for small to medium businesses. Designing an email campaign from scratch is so easy and there's a wide range of templates that can be customized. Integrating Mailchimp with Facebook, Google Ads, and major e-Commerce platforms is a breeze - even less tech-savvy users can do it themselves in no time. Mailchimp is also cheaper than some of its contemporaries.The tool is far from perfect though. Alternatives, such as Aweber, boasts more email templates and more free stock images than Mailchimp. Contacting customer support can be problematic as Mailchimp has no live chat feature on its website.Despite its drawbacks, I still think Mailchimp is the best tool to execute email marketing campaigns as it simplifies the process for newbies and digital marketers, like me, who have busy schedules.

At Galintel, our marketing department uses Mailchimp for email marketing. Most of the tools and templates are accessible. The software is very simple to use, even those without a background using the tool doesn't require too much time learning. Mailchimp is also affordable, not to mention the thorough reporting that it can give. The only con that we can say is the more advanced automation that we require delivering for particular queries and clients

Mailchimp is a leader when it comes to email marketing. At Car Passionate, we use Mailchimp for email marketing. It has a free, yes, free service plan so already a winner. Additionally, it has many features such as an email builder and auto responders. This software also allows you to set up delivery times based on your customer's location, which is a brilliant bonus. Mailchimp has a good support base which people can access on different platforms. A negative is that you have to display their branding in your email correspondence, which isn't an issue for me but I would assume that some companies would see this as an advertising campaign.
