It’s been a few weeks since we’ve been using the MocDoc software at our health clinic, and so far, it’s been smooth running with day-to-day operations. The software has a wide range of features that has proven to be quite efficient compared to the previous system we had been using. The software has also proven to be convenient in the sense of accessibility. Can be accessed by doctors and staff from anywhere at any time using their personal login username and passwords.

As a receptionist at a private medical clinic, I find that the MocDoc software intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for the staff and doctors to use. The software has a wide range of features including: - Appointment scheduling - Patient registration - Billing and invoicing - And allows healthcare providers to manage all aspects of their practice in one centralized system.

Its been less than a month so its has taken quite some time to adjust but overall its been smooth running with day to day operations

As it was a on-premises training is was most comfortable, the work was perfect, in fact, there were areas we were making a loss for example in the pharmacy, those have been corrected, and currently a smooth flow. All staff was 100% trained and well exposed to use the software very efficiently. thank MocDoc.
