I started to use MSB Docs in 2020 during lockdown period as there was no way to move and meet people in person to get documents signed using wet signatures. I used MSB Docs until we were able to come back to the office. Looking at the smooth signing even during the lockdown, my entire organization including me now started using MSB Docs as a primary way to get documents signed internally as well as externally.
