The system is designed using Microsoft platform and is hosted on Amazon EC2 across, UK, USA, and Singapore. We designed the solution keeping in mind the needs of small and medium-sized hotels and chains, the system automates lots of processes hence allowing hotel staff to be free and spend more time interacting with guests. We built a complete ecosystem around our platform integrating other third-party solutions which are popular among hotels like payment processing, salesforce, CRM, booking engines and also providing API for other systems to openly connect with our platform. 

Recently we have introduced new and advanced features like contactless, check-in, digital payments, mobile keys to open doors, manage guest stay and bills, digital menus, and checkout, all from the convenience of guests' own mobile phone.
