I have personally selected this CRM software for my firm as I am the Project Manager. I have been using NetSuite for a while and I really like the softwares functionalities and features. It also provides Salesforce automation(SFA), customer service management, and marketing automation. Netsuite has made the whole funnel of CRM way easier for our organization. It makes it seamless and basically runs it for us. So, My team and I could focus on the new acquisition. The Sales forecasting of the tool is also very much intuitive and accurate at the same time.

All the features and updates of your Firm's ongoing tasks are right there on the Dashboard.

The API provided by the companies is very much smooth and integrates with all the needed tools.

The training program conducted by the team was very much amazing. Also, the customer support team is very good.

What do you like the least about NetSuite CRM?

The search bar only takes accurate query searches or does not retrieve any data.

Integration with Microsoft Outlook was very much troublesome at first but after a lot of calls and meetings the problem was resolved.

The pricing model of this Customer Relationship Management Software is very much expensive compared to others.
