Talking about the customer side app. It has live chat support for customers and the development team. They also have developed a special section called Knowledge Base.

The support team is very good. Helps with the customization as well.

Customer onboarding is pretty easy and intuitive.

Individual task assignments for individual team members is a rare feature but OneDesk has it.

Integration with tools of google are not available.
