Review Summary

We at CodeWeb use Otter.ai. The major pros for us are it’s free for under 600 minutes of transcription, the transcription is completed within the hour (not days later), and the app for iOS handles everything we need on the go. The only con is that sometimes, if the audio isn’t clear enough, you have to go in and make corrections. It’s not perfect 100% of the time, but it still gets the job done efficiently and at a great price.
