We Moving Astute use Procore. Overall, we are pretty happy with Procore; it has helped us streamline our construction projects. However, there are always areas for improvement, and we would like to see better integration with other software applications we use. Another area is customer support - while they are very responsive, we would like to see more proactive support regarding training materials, webinars, etc. Finally, value for money is always an important consideration. While Procore is not the cheapest option, we feel it offers good value given its features and functionality.

I have used Procore since they were much much smaller and only a project management software. For PM work it is by far the best cloud software I have used. We don't use the other modules so I cannot speak for those. My only complaint is that they have been so busy growing at times it seems like the existing tools don't necessarily get the love they need to be better. Overall though it is a game changer for project management and makes the job much easier.

I work as a modular preconstruction consultant and need to manage the process to prepare it for factories to build with minimum change orders for the developer. Procore is a great aid in keeping all of the most relevant information in one place.

Procore PM software is amazing but the integration with Dexter Chaney is lacking. Would love to be a customer again, but the integration with DC failed so badly that we wouldnt consider it.

From an administrative assistant perspective, I have found Procore to be a Catalyst that all other Construction Management Software is trying hard to keep up with. This software allows everyone on the team to interact with each phase of the project in one program on any device. The submittal and rfi process are easy to follow and follow up with, the upload, edit, and collaboration for drawings in real time are easy as well. VR is also a really neat option that lets you see where the process is and project the project future on the screen so you can see the total picture. I am incredibly impressed not only with the program itself but with the people of Procore and the excellent customer service that focusses on growth of the client over all.

Our company started using Procore several years ago and it has drastically changed the way we operate, for the better. Information is more easily organized and at the fingertips of everyone who needs it! So, maybe it didn't really save my life, but it sure feels that way.

We started using procore about a year ago and haven't looked back. It has provided us a formalized and consolidated platform that pretty much causes every project to look/feel the same. This helps us become more efficient, speak the same 'language', and interact with our customers more efficiently. We don't have to use multiple apps, different logins, etc to accomplish different tasks. Everything is available to us in procore. If it's not, we don't use it.

This software is such a time saver! With the ablitiy to be transparent with every drawing changes.
