Review Summary

I am a professor in a university. I used Qualtrics for my dissertation. I like its seamless integration with SPSS. But Qualtrics is not just for survey or research, I use Qualtrics to do low-stakes learning activities for my course, Nursing Research. The quiz tool on our learning management system does not match the capability of Qualtrics, in my opinion.

Review Summary

I have used it for a survey and I've been very happy with it overall. There were a couple of glitches, some of them fixable by customer service and some of them not. For example, when I exported graphs etc. sometimes the numbers on the x or y axis where on top of each other, which could not be corrected. Also, it is not possible to adjust the font, size etc of the text on graphs.
